WSIACA is an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for older people on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

Founded in 1968, WSIACA, the first inter-agency council in the city, encourages community-based organizations and residents of the Upper West Side to join together, mobilize, and advocate for needed resources to serve older New Yorkers.

WSIACA provides a forum for agencies and concerned individuals to share experiences and information, and to work together to promote issues of concern to the aging.

WSIACA works with all sectors: nonprofit, private, and government to improve the quality of life for older adults on the Upper West Side.
